Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain records
• Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure safety compliance
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements
• Prepare reports and support capital projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in maintenance engineering
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Proven preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budgets and maintenance software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and technical drawings
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
