Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute resourcing and talent attraction strategies - Manage the full recruitment cycle across the Central European region - Analyze internal talent needs and labor market trends to ensure a strong candidate pipeline - Design and implement employer branding initiatives to support hiring goals - Track, measure, and analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics - Mentor and support the regional recruitment team - Work closely with local HR teams and senior leadership to meet hiring demands Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role - Fluent English skills - Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder management experience - Proven success in designing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple functions and levels - Hands-on experience with ATS and HR systems - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment practices - Retail industry experience and a background in multi-country recruitment is an advantage - Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office What our partner offers: - Competitive compensation package - Annual performance-based bonus - Private healthcare package - Opportunities for personal and professional development - Supportive team, modern office in a great location (including free parking) - Flexible working setup – 2 days/week home office
